Lindsay Lohan Discussed Having A Nightlife Business Despite Her Controversial Partying Past
The actress is super excited for the public to see a new her now that her reality TV show is practically here. And while it is true that Lindsay Lohan has a history of partying too much, she made sure to explain that her beach club businesses are in no way affecting her life in a negative manner.
Earlier this week while at Serendipity 3 in New York City, ET chatted with Lohan prior to the premiere of Lindsay Lohan’s Beach Club – her new series that starts tonight on MTV!
She talked about being the owner of multiple beach clubs and how that works in relation to her very public partying controversies in the past.
‘That was so in my past. Most of my friends, actually, who own nightclubs and stuff are not drinkers or anything,’ she told the news outlet about her nights out with friends in the early 2000s.
She went on to add that ‘Because I am running the show, I have to be on it and to keep myself busy. It is more fun to watch other people have their own fun with what they are doing. There is no judgment in it though. It has nothing to do with my past.’
When asked to describe what type of boss she is of both her show and the beach club, Lindsay said she was ‘focused, tough and caring.’
So it looks like now, she is leaving the actual partying to her beach club staff members who will be heavily featured on the show.
The actress assured her fans that her MTV series will be filled with drama.
But since her show has been compared to Vanderpump Rules, it would be surprising if there wasn’t!
Speaking of, about the comparisons, Lohan admitted that Lisa Vanderpump is very ‘inspiring’ and that they are actually friends.

‘So, we’re kind of the young, baby version… the junior version, in a way,’ she said about Lindsay Lohan’s Beach Club.
